First time in Canada and we chose to visit the Banff / Jasper area. Canmore is more reasonably priced and still pretty convenient !
The room was very clean , and the sound from the trains passing by was quite bearable , if you value ABSOLUTE quietness then I would suggest the hotel provide EARPLUGS for those who are extra sensitive
Besides that, great rooms, location, and breakfast was pretty decent as well !

Location is good. There is partner restaurant namely Patrino that is just next to the hotel and offer 15% (a la carte in menu) for Super 8 hotel residents. Room is clean and most is with mountain view which is great. Simple breakfast is included. However, bed and pillow are soft that we could not sleep well during our stay.

Booked a standard King Room. Spacious and clean with a large bed and a bath in the bathroom which is always welcome. Staff were all lovely and plenty parking available. Breakfast is a basic buffet - continental with a couple of hot items. There is a very large whirlpool/hot tub which was appreciated.
