Hi, they gave us room around 40 minutes later than check in time ,and room was so smelly , we were trying and calling around an hour to change it. WiFi in room was awful, the air conditioner was too noisy that we could barely sleep.
The service including restaurants , bars and waiters were way less than average. We booked for all inclusive but food variations was bad , we should’ve waited long time for each meal , and they were treating us like they’re giving us free food.
In beach many times we ordered drink that they didn’t bring for us. The attitude of employees in general wasn’t professional but in my opinion it was manager’s fault , employees wasn’t well trained.
I never return to this hotel because of price over 300 usd per night but the service is not even average.

La atención es de primera, desde el recibimiento de Lupita, Hiroshi y Edgar. Que detalle tan lindo por mi cumpleaños (globos, pastel, etc.) El desayuno en acuario con Rosita y todo el personal fue muy atento. En la cena con el sr. Rodrigo en Cappricho fue extraordinaria desde el trato y todas las recomendaciones que nos dio. Y para cerrar con broche de oro la Kids Zone la Srita Irasema una lindura con mis hijos, muy proactiva, Kevin y su jefe super atentos en todas las actividades. Manuel (gerente) y Alberto nos dejan muy felices por todas sus atenciones. Lo único que podría criticar sería la atención de los de la entrada los que nos piden los taxis, ellos no saludan y están como de malas.

Pasamos una semana increíble, la atención del personal es maravillosa, Rosita, Irasema, Lupita, Hiroshi, Edgar, Alberto, Concepción, Rodrigo y en general todo el personal se esmeran en hacer de tu estancia una experiencia única, agradecimiento especial para Manuel, como gerente siempre está atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el equipo de trabajo, se nota la capacitación y el don de gente de cada uno de los colaboradores del hotel, los mayordomos súper atentos y dispuestos a cada requerimiento, la comida súper deliciosa y los meseros súper carismáticos. Fue una semana realmente agradable. Solo me queda agradecer infinitamente la atención recibida.

Todo estuvo muy bien, desde que llegamos hasta salir. El trato de la gente, limpieza, actividades, comida. Las invitaciones que nos hicieron. En general disfrutamos mucho nuestra instancia, que por supuesto nos dan ganas de volver a ir.
