Hi, they gave us room around 40 minutes later than check in time ,and room was so smelly , we were trying and calling around an hour to change it. WiFi in room was awful, the air conditioner was too noisy that we could barely sleep.
The service including restaurants , bars and waiters were way less than average. We booked for all inclusive but food variations was bad , we should’ve waited long time for each meal , and they were treating us like they’re giving us free food.
In beach many times we ordered drink that they didn’t bring for us. The attitude of employees in general wasn’t professional but in my opinion it was manager’s fault , employees wasn’t well trained.
I never return to this hotel because of price over 300 usd per night but the service is not even average.
