到達後發現是側面海景房，升級需要補的差價太大，沒補，後面幾天就換酒店了。工作人員態度挺好的，自助餐菜式也很多，但是salad菜不是很新鮮，就餐環境筆記嘈雜，可能是因為活動空間不大吧，高級海景房不如隔壁的grand park性價比高，低價房倒是很划算。退房後沒有告訴我可以繼續使用設施，手環被剪掉了，我猜應該是不能再用餐了吧。

總體來説不錯，這是我們來坎昆住的第二個酒店，第一個因為住的比較貴所以有一定落差，但也不能掩飾這個酒店的優點，價位就是優點之一。屋內裝修較老，但可以理解畢竟開了幾十年了，服務都很可以，工作人員都挺熱情的，海很漂亮，飯也還可以，美中不足就是人多，不喜歡熱鬧的朋友可以不用考慮這個酒店，最後連意大利餐廳都沒吃上因為人太多了。總體來説如果第一次來坎昆並想住一個舒適的酒店那麼這一家不在考慮範圍，如果單純想找個沙灘躺平那麼這家還是可以的。
