We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.

The location is good, supermarket and many restaurants are nearby, they also have a 24 hrs coffer shop, which is good for us to have a simple breakfast before we hang out in the early morning.
However, we have to bring our big suitcase to level 3 by staircase and the cleanness needs to improve.

방컨디션도 괜찮았어요
체크인 전에도 이용가능했고
바다랑 연결되어있어서 보러가기 좋았습니다.

這家真的不要來，我在北美洲住過最差、性價比最低的酒店，沒有之一。
設施：首先設施非常舊，有些樓梯門把手都掉了，沙灘區也基本一片混亂，清理垃圾不及時
服務：入住時塞給了前台20刀小費，他不但沒給我升級房間和任何優惠，反而給錯了房間，給我了一間已經被別人入住的房間，我刷卡進去看到房間裏的一家人還有正在洗澡的女主人真的很尷尬，再去找前台的時候他絲毫不感到抱歉，反而説是我看錯了房間號（其實就是他給錯了，我都拍照片留作記錄了）門卡很容易失靈，去找前台一臉不耐煩。後來退房的時候換了個女前台，結果要額外收費，變相索要小費，要我6刀（不知道為什麼），我給了10刀後説找不開了衹能給找給我3刀。真的態度惡劣耍小聰明騙人。
衞生：差差差差差
環境：沙灘像是沒人維護，全都是海草，在淺水處散步腿被海草刮的難受，人特別多，臟亂差，電梯特別慢特別擠，我基本就沒擠上過電梯，全靠走。
食物也非常的差，説是全包，但是如果你沒有預約也衹能去一個餐廳吃飯，這個餐廳的飯甚至不如我在美國的學校的食堂，種類單一併且難吃，我後來給了服務員20刀小費進了一個需要預約的餐廳，除了冰可樂好喝以外沒有任何優點。雞尾酒是直接用那種食用色素瓶子和酒精調的，巨難喝，有股那種特別劣質的味道，千萬別喝，外邊幾塊錢買瓶啤酒都比這好喝。
這個酒店沒有任何優點並且非常臟亂差且坑人，一定不要住，可以去住萬豪、凱悦，但是千萬不要住這家酒店以及這家酒店集團旗下在坎昆的其他兩家！

整體性價比算是挺高的
晚上預訂的酒店包含餐廳其中的西餐餐廳很好吃
食材很不錯 要提前一天還是兩天來着預約
喜歡海邊拍照的在這個酒店的沙灘拍很出片
這邊的海都是藍綠色找出來很清澈
選房間建議選沒有跟隔壁房串通門的，不然會很超，都是放音樂開party的印度人或美國人😂
酒店有免費劃canoe或帆船的項目，可以步行過去也可以搭酒店免費接送車
