el personal del hotel es servicial, como retroalimentación falta horario para la comida la mayoría se termina a las 11 pm pero solo hay dos restaurantes disponibles

I was with my son there. It was all ok. The room is facing directly the sea. There is a swim up bar and another on the back side . But the buffet food is bit mundane. The whole hotel place is bit small too. But the beach and cabana is very nice.

Sooo... good hotel, great food. We stayed for 14 days so food is kinda repeating but it is still good quality.
Now... mini bar in room is never ever going to be refilled. I needed to call them multiple times and still not get things inthere. For some reason they really dont want to do it.
Stuff: some GREAT (huge shoutout for a few of the workers from the restaurant), while some are ignorant and dont even know their job. For instance, one morning at the breakfast buffet area the waitress said that they dont offer any other drink than black coffee??? Every day till then and after that one instance i was getting double espresso.
All kn all, worth is.
Btw be aware of the obese people

Il soggiorno in questa struttura è stato positivo. Si mangiava molto bene e anche i cocktail erano molto buoni. Il servizio è positivo, ma la stanze non sono per nulla insonorizzate infatti se fuori c'era rumore si sentiva all'interno della stanza.

El hotel estaba bien, y los empleados eran muy amables. Estuvimos bien todos los días, excepto el último día que nos dijeron que no teníamos la comida incluida, cuando habíamos pagado por ella, y la señora de recepción decía que no la teníamos.
Piden muchas propinas, pero bueno, eso es opcional, si quieres le das y sino no.
Es cierto que al principio te atienden muy bien y conforme van pasando los días, sino das propinas te prestan menos atención.
La caja fuerte nos dejó de funcionar, porque se quedó sin batería, pero bueno, enseguida nos lo solucionaron y sacamos las cosas.

Our reservations were screwed up, we had requested 2 beds ( brother and sister traveling together) we where give not 1 but 2 different rooms with 1 bed . The supervisor at the front desk was very very rude, she claimed that when we booked with 3rd party sites like trip we are not guaranteed bed preferences we take what's available. I said no way we are in our 60's that's not right. After waiting for more than 2 hours we were told that a room was made available. But like I said the ***** working as the supervisor is not for costumer service, the rest of the staff was very nice. Would I recommend No there's much nicer hotels in Cancun this one is very outdated it's falling apart.

Nice All-Inclusive hotel directly at the beach, in walking distance to the Cancun tourism center.
Good value for money, nice hotel room, good pool, very nice spacious beach area, tasty food in the buffet restaurant, the pizza restaurant and also in the 3rd restaurant. The buffet restaurant is too small for the hotel size but you get used to it. The gym is better than nothing but very small.
All in all the hotel is recomendable.

We went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
