SLS Cancun Hotel & Residences Reviews

Only 4 Stories of the Building are hotel floors. The rest is Residences. Room is nicely designed but a bit used and dirty. Since we only stayed 2 nights it was alright. Service is ok. Gym shared w residences is well equipped and nice. Beach club is also good with nice food.

Where do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

We did pretty well, except we had the bad luck of reserving a room with OCEAN VIEW and they gave us one with a view of the hotel entrance where we could see people coming in and the whole street. It was a very bad experience, as it was the first level you could see the employees opening and closing the pen. We wanted to change and they told us there was nothing, obviously if it is already paid for they won't change it.

My stay at the SLS Hotel in Cancún was simply unforgettable. From the very first moment, I was impressed by the stylish design, the first-class service, and the special atmosphere of this luxurious hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very tastefully decorated, with stunning views of the turquoise sea. The beds are incredibly comfortable and ensure a restful sleep. The hotel's culinary offerings leave nothing to be desired: The breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, and dinner in the hotel's restaurant was also a real highlight – creative, fresh, and perfectly coordinated. The location directly on the private beach is ideal, quiet yet central. If you're looking for relaxation, style, and excellent service, this is the place for you. I will definitely return and can wholeheartedly recommend the SLS Hotel Cancun.

As a diamond member of Ctrip, let me say a few words of truth: 1. Ctrip's quality control of overseas hotels is very rubbish, and it cooperates with hotels to deceive consumers. 2. More than RMB 4,000 per night for a breakfast-included room, I have repeatedly confirmed with Ctrip that it is a good breakfast. However, during the breakfast period, the hotel charges more than 1,500 pesos for a breakfast, which is equivalent to more than 700 RMB. 3. After receiving the feedback, Ctrip actually said that I ordered a breakfast other than breakfast, and offered to give a 100 yuan voucher to appease me. After repeated communication, Ctrip still talked repeatedly and refused to solve it positively. 4. Ctrip’s behavior of collaborating with hotels to defraud consumers must go to the Consumer Association to complain and expose
