Unless you are driving a car, you need to take a taxi. It’s up a massive hill. You are not gonna want to walk up or down it with luggage. The gondola is at the bottom of the hill. So you need to go up and down the hill every time. I don’t know why there are good reviews for the dinner. The dinner is limited and disgusting. It’s not good food at all. It must be really cheap people staying at the this place. The hotel is so old. The room is old and needs new furniture and to be painted. The windows do not have thick curtains, so the sun shines through in the morning. The heat has optional for low, middle, high. Even on the low setting, it was too hot.

Awesome hotel, outdoor hot springs! The room is clean and comfortable, the food is OK, the ice cream is delicious, there are many monkeys on the tree in front of the hotel, it's very interesting, downhill is Happo-one. There are many free buses to various ski resorts near the hotel. If you take the bus, you should get off at Goryu Hotel to avoid walking uphill with your luggage. I have to praise the high-quality guests and front desk of the hotel. The child forgot his watch when taking a hot spring bath at night, and found it at the front desk the next day.

The food is very good and the location is good, but it is more suitable for self-driving because there are few buses and it is a huge uphill slope. It is really doubtful to walk up with a suitcase... But I am still satisfied because the buffet is really good and delicious (the whole Baima area is a bit like a food desert)

Remember to check the dinner time in advance, otherwise dinner will not be arranged within ten minutes. There are cup noodles for sale at the concession stand, which is better than no food at all. The room facilities are older style.
