Perfect location for O2! Stylish and sustainable hotel overlooking the water! Friendly and helpful staff too! Would definitely come again and recommend!

Hotel was nice - room was on the small side but fine for 1 night, bed was comfy and shower was hot! Only thing to mention was upon arrival to our room it was a building site on the opposite side of the corridor, which drilling started by 8.30am!! This wasn’t mentioned upon booking in or on their website! They have a few new staff members so service was a bit slow for drinks and dinner but the food was nice! We would use again!

Really nice hotel in great location. Staff very friendly and bar is nice with happy hour from 4-7. When not raining will try the rooftop bar. Rooms are just a little small and a bit of noise from outside during the night.

Location is amazing if you are staying over for business at EXCEL. Small and cute little rooms with a river view. Staff were really generous and matched our additional requests at breakfast and during checkout.

It’s a great quirky, modern hotel. Right next to the cable cars for the O2 arena. My only issue is the £30 deposit. I really hope I get that back

The hotel is in a great location, room are fantastic and many local restaurants and small businesses eg coffee shops and places to grab a quick bite. Well worth the stay here

It was a good stay as I was staying for work and the location was excellent as your near the o2 and Stratford westfield shopping centre. I would definitely stay here again on my business trip.

The service is so nice, Ahmad give us a room near the river with incredible night view after being asked. And the hotel is clean and has a not bad location.

Second time to go to good hotel. Staff are nice always. A great place if want to stay in London. Especially for the location and price!
