La comida no era buena, de hecho el 2do dia de la estancia mi esposa y yo nos enfermamos del estomago, y es que no consumimos vino o alcohol.
El servicio del personal excelente, las habitaciones tenian algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

From the minute we entered the Hotel we were treated like Family. The staff are so friendly and helpful. No problems getting into restaurants without waiting or reservations. Lots of activities to choose from all day & night. Plenty of chairs at the beach and pool. The ocean is beautiful blue & very calm. Great adults only stay here! We would like to recognize all the hard workers who were extra helpful & kind. Abu from the lobby bar is just fantastic and we kind of come back to see him. As well as the fantastic beaches and view from my patio/balcony. The food is delicious and we haven't been disappointed in anything! The people that work here are incredible. Thank you Isai, Benito, Andres, Alexas, Arbey and of course Enrique from the pool! Abu is incredible and funny at the lobby bar ❣️

A beautiful hotel with a charming beach and attractive pools. The food and bars were excellent, and the restaurant and bar staff were consistently polite and friendly. However, I found that one member of the entertainment team, Alex, would benefit from additional training on maintaining a more respectful and professional attitude that reflects the hotel’s standards. On the first day, we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room before the official check-in time. However, there was significant noise from ongoing renovation work, which disrupted our rest and caused us to lose an afternoon. The reception team later upgraded and relocated us free of charge, which we greatly appreciated. Requests for room amenities, even when placed through the app or by phone, often required repetition and follow-up. To clarify a point mentioned in other reviews — the hotel does have elevators. The Riu parties were truly outstanding, with well-organized transfers. Overall, while certain aspects, particularly the conduct of one entertainment team member (Alex), left us disappointed and unlikely to return to this specific hotel, we would still consider giving Riu hotels another chance because of their excellent events.

We stayed 7-14th and this was our 2nd stay as we first stayed in 2018. We have decided never to return as it’s not as good as the first time. 3 stars due to the dated rooms and the lack of plugs to charge your devices and the tired rooms and our toilet flush broke day 2 and it took 2 phone calls to reception and nothing so I went to speak to front desk instead to explain we cannot use the toilet and somebody came straight away. The 3 also is due to our clothes smelling on our return home of a damp musty smell and the lobby stank of the sake damp musty smell too. The food is bland unless you can season your food there is no flavour and the baileys is not baileys nor is the Malibu. Now 5 star is expensive and if you don’t receive 5 star food and drink it’s not good. The real winner here is the location and staff. Additionally I was bitten 14,times by mosquitos so they don’t manage their site. The entertainment in the evenings was poor too. Sorry to be negative just an honest review from an English couple who only book 5 star and in the UK this is the best in accommodation and refreshments and our other holidays. This hotel needs updating with a 5 stars make over and 5 star drink and food package. You the have the 5 star staff and location already.

Great resort!!! Great staff everyone went above and beyond to accommodate in any way they could!! Great food!! The whole experience was just so amazing. I'm ready to go back already!!!
