Really good people work here. The restaurants are delicious. The breakfast buffet has a healthy bar. The beachfront views are spectacular.

Enjoyed the all-inclusive experience.
The staff were very friendly and talked to me.
They answered my questions politely.
I was able to relax on the beach and around the pool from before check-in to after check-out!
I could eat and drink anything at any time, and my favorite is the poolside buffet restaurant 😚
The alcohol is delicious here.
I was impressed that I could see the beach from my room 😆
The good thing about the sun loungers by the pool (shade) is that they are secured from the morning.
It's a good idea to leave your bath towels out in the morning.
The bath towels used by the poolside can be replaced frequently without affecting the price.
You can exchange them for a card or get a new towel.
I wonder if the jacuzzi is lukewarm for Japanese people at 35 degrees Celsius?

This was my first all-inclusive trip and it was a very fulfilling one.
There were restaurants in the morning and evening that you had to make a reservation to get in, but I didn't know this and didn't make a reservation, and they filled up in no time, so dinner was a buffet on two of the four days and three nights...💦
I think they should have explained this in more detail when I checked in!

During two of our four-day stay, only 1/4 of the elevators worked properly. During the remaining two days, 2/4 of the time, we were able to go down to the lobby from the floors where our rooms were, but we couldn't go up to the guest rooms from the lobby, which was very inconvenient.
Also, the food wasn't very tasty, the restaurants we could use were limited, and even though it was all-inclusive, room service and many drinks were also charged.
It was quite a hassle to have to check what was available on the app, but I wonder if that's the case everywhere...?
The room was clean and comfortable, but the walls were very thin and we could hear normal conversations from the next room, so we had to be careful.
I don't think I'll stay here again.
