淡季真的很香，人少價格合適，加勒比海確實名不虛傳。餐廳的話其實還是自助餐廳最好吃，日本餐廳千萬不要吃（除非約到鐵板燒），意大利餐廳也就一般般，甜品有股香精的味道。躺平還是很不錯的

I didn't like the stay from the very beginning: an hour's delay in checking in, rude behavior of the reception staff, unwillingness to help or spend the delay in comfort.
The keys to the room (one of two per room) did not work for 24 hours; the staff were unable to solve the problem and constantly re-registered the entry to the room from one key to the other. Both keys did not work at the same time.
I liked the food, but not varied, for a few days of stay I consider it good, but if you stay for a week or more - I do not recommend it.
The drinks in the central bar are good.
Thanks to the employee Gustav for helping with the check-in, I can't say the same about others.
The shower was broken - water flowed in a powerful stream from the mixer (room 202)
The hotel is not worth the money, if there is an alternative - it is better to take another one.

The hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres.
