酒店位置絕佳，樓下的海灘可能是坎昆最好的，沙細水清。距離港口步行10分鐘可達，去女人島方便。這家菜也可以，有燉豬肉和燉雞肉，米飯，bar的飲料做的很好喝。有時晚上有表演。
前台服務態度挺好的，尤其是一位深藍色衣短袖的戴眼鏡的男前台，態度很好。
總體很好，適合度假。普通房間能看到邊緣的一點海，如果需要海景還是建議海景房。海邊酒店就是會比較潮，但是海確實美。

Trip.com contacted the hotel and told me that early check-in was possible, but the hotel said it was allowed from 15:00 according to the regulations. So even though I came early, I continued to stand and wait. When I checked in, I was assigned the second floor with the worst view. The reception staff treats Seonnim in an overbearing manner.
