When I checked in, the cleaning wasn't finished and I had to wait 30 minutes, so my first impression was low💦
The Asian restaurant was the best☝️

The service of the newly opened hotel is a little behind. Some waiters have bad attitudes. There are too few restaurants. You need to make a reservation for dinner. If you forget it or you are late, you can't make a reservation. You need to take the hotel's car to go to the beach. Hotel service is very good. The staff all greet you with a smile and are professional.
Even though I am not fluent in English or Spanish, they made quite an effort to understand what I was saying.
It's impressive that room service is available 24 hours a day, and they always check for allergies.
There are sufficient amenities. Meals can also be reserved through the hotel app, which is very convenient and friendly.
One side of the hotel has not yet been completed, but the future of the hotel is promising. They run a shuttle to the beach club with a view of the Caribbean Sea, and they are friendly there too.
I hope that if you can take a golf cart from the hotel to the bus stop, it will be easier to get around the hotel zone above or by bus downstairs.

The hotel is great~ the environment is good~ very clean~ the courses are rich~ the only downside is that there are few restaurants at the beginning of the opening, and the taste is not quite right~ everything else is good~ it would be better if the hotel had a free bus to the main entrance~ because the lobby is separated from the hotel main entrance by a golf course.
