The resort itself is amazing. Very big and spacious, great amenities and SPECTACULAR views. Even more amazing were the staff and concierge Janer who made the stay very relaxing and memorable.

Food was good and drinks were fair. The pool bar closes at 6pm and the lobby bar won’t let you go in wet or without shirt.

My family observed roaches at the food buffet and when management was notified his customer service was poor . We met with another manager the next day who tried to offer my sister a 25 minute massage but only on the condition she signed a waiver saying she wouldn’t leave a bad comment . I wouldn’t tell anyone to stay here .

My family had a terrible experience with the hotel management we brought to the attention of two management officials Jenar and a female manager and they played down the fact that my niece observed roaches in the buffet. Jenar attitude was poor and the female manager attempted to offer my sister who treated the entire family to vacation a 25 minute massage for compensation. When my sister arrived to the massage the female manger she spoke to in the hotel lobby was waiting there with a document for my sister to sign stating she wouldn’t leave a review if she took the massage it was actually completely unbelievable. She didn’t sign the form she instead paid full price for a massage and notified their corporate. Don’t stay here .

I only stayed one night top floor. It was amazing! Couldn't ask for Better exept i didn't see no stairs at the top and that would be a good option in case of emergencies

We recently left after staying for a week. I had paid more to stay at Altitude. What a joke. Only one option for breakfast and dinner where there was minimal options and food was cold. One night the meat options were not even cooked. For lunch you have the same buffet which I never went and then two little food huts by pool that served the standard taco, quesadillas, Mexican hotdog or hamburger. The service at the pool was very slow. Had to change my room because the ac wouldn’t go below 78. Changed rooms and it wouldn’t go below 74! Shower had hair from a previous stay. The lobby had no ac. I was unable to go to French restaurant, use my day bed voucher or the infinity pool that is offered to Altitude guests because my daughter was only 16. Every night we went out for dinner because the food was horrible. I will never come back. Worst stay ever.

We chose the all inclusive and it really is. Including items from the mini bar (where most hotels try to rip you off!) Food, service, location from the beach, and the pool were all perfect. Our concierge was very helpful, and it seems like the staff is always on duty. I wouldn't change a thing about this place and will definitely be returning.
