From first arrival staff friendly and helpful. From front desk to bar and cleaners always happy to help out and answer any questions.

Breakfast ＞ could deal with more options. Coffee was good though. The parking situation (pay $30 for parking, yet for it to be “first come first serve” is so incredibly frustrating.
Hotel lounge area has a fun politics theme, so I did enjoy that (being the nerd I am). The location isn’t the best, heaps of roadworks, pretty baron, you need a car or uber to get around. Staff were friendly.

Very good hotel. Everything is perfect, by the notable exception of the breakfast.
You have to make the line, to wait to be seated like it's a nightclub. Arriving at the restaurant, you will wait 20 minutes to have your morning coffee.
Another issue with the breakfast is that it is super expensive. I paid 22 AUD (more than 12 euros) for a plate with one waffle... Also paid a super high price for a plate of fruits...
Everything else is perfect. Hotel is beautiful, quiet, well located and the persons working at the reception are great! Polite, nice and ready to help!

Basically, good facilities, and friendly staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, there was one shortcoming. They offered me 1 free drink voucher per dinner at the hotel restaurant, but they forget about that and charged me extra drink charge. It was disappointing.

The room was decent — clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities. However, I was disappointed that parking wasn’t free. It came with an extra charge, and the price was quite high. It would be much better if free or discounted parking was available.
