Theresa was absolutely amazing! She listened closely to the areas I mentioned were sore and truly tailored the massage to my needs. Not only did she meet my expectations—she went far beyond them. It was one of the most relaxing and restorative experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back and specifically requesting her. Highly recommend Theresa if you’re looking for someone skilled, attentive, and genuinely caring. Thank you again!

We loved our stay at the Lake House. The perfect location for a quiet weekend or mid-week getaway. The food is outstanding and views of the lake are perfect. Highly recommend

Left a bad taste…. Concierge was rude, condescending, unprofessional, with poor problem solving skills. Was told of a service at check in, but the service was not honored. To be told by the concierge “This is my final order” was so rude and patronizing, I would have relocated if possible. $600 per night: have stayed much nicer hotels for less, with better attention to detail and hospitality.

This is my Happy Place and I have visited The Lakehouse on Canandaigua every year since it opened! It’s so beautiful everywhere, the entire staff is amazing and the food is incredible! I look forward to my visit every year!!!

We had a wonderful family brunch! We were a large group and they accommodated us with ease. The brunch menu was extensive and all the options were delightful! The food was excellent and our server, Elizabeth, was amazing! She was knowledgeable and easy going! Highly recommend Rose Tavern!

Me and my boyfriend visited the lake house recently to have a nice lunch as we do regularly. However this time was better than ever! We had Julie as our server and I can't explain how amazing she was! Definitely made our experience dining here so much more enjoyable! Her educated understanding of the menu and suggestions did not disappoint! She was attentive, interactive and very helpful. She was a pleasure to talk to and we hope to have her as our server again! We love you Julie!!

This place is the best Canandaigua has to offer. It is truly a beautiful place this is my third time visiting. It is always beautiful, clean with a wonderful atmosphere and aroma. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend the Lake House on Canandaigua.

A lovely location and space but not worth the price. The hotel claims it is a Michelin recognized resort but the service and amenities do not represent that level of care and attention. We had a girls trip with 2 rooms booked for 3 nights and both rooms were missed on one day by the cleaning staff (different days no less) Restaurants on site are basically the same menu in both. We looked to the concierge (front desk at this “resort”) and all instances were met with a lot of blank stares and little to no assistance. Dead bugs lined the chair rail molding close to decks and doorways and children scream up and down the hallways at 7am.
