The friendly reception was impressive. The hotel is operated with a restaurant, and many people visit during dinner time. There are two swimming pools, and the depth is 1.2~1.9m, and the depth gradually increases. I chose to enjoy dinner and breakfast without going far, and I was very satisfied. It was an excellent choice for a schedule that needed rest. 😊

Condition of the "Llevante" Junior Suite: Upon entering the junior suite, one immediately felt that the furniture and furnishings were showing their age. The glass tops on the bedside tables and console tables had chips, worn edges, and unclean edges, which unfortunately significantly detracted from the overall appearance. The cleaning service upon our arrival left much to be desired: a large mirror remained uncleaned throughout our entire stay, and layers of dust were found under the television. There was no sign of the usual hotel standard, where floors are freshly mopped; here and there, stubborn dirt glimmered between the tile joints, in niches, and in the corners of the masonry. Ant invasion in rooms and restaurant: The unexpected ant infestation was particularly disturbing: tiny creatures crawled across the sofa and cushions, leaving traces ("ant trails") on the walls and ceiling, and had made their home in the brick wardrobe niche. Our plea for a remedy unfortunately proved unsuccessful, so we were forced to resort to insect spray several times and seal off all potential entrances with paper. The same scenario unfolded in the restaurant: Whether outside or at the set table inside – day after day, we had to keep the insects away from our plates, cutlery, and bodies, losing precious vacation time in the fight to defend ourselves. Monotonous Half-Board Offer The half-board option we had booked soon proved to be a culinary wasteland. For two weeks, we were offered the same four to six dishes per course every evening, without even a single change to the menu. Due to the lack of variety, we ate the same dishes over and over again on several days out of resignation. Upon request, we were allowed to choose from the regular menu – but in reality, there were almost identical dishes, and the "substitute" beef fillet was repeatedly declared "sold out." Thus, the menu was repeated until the last day, which noticeably dampened our appetite and our enthusiasm for experimentation. Dangerous ceiling installation in the bathroom. Another serious flaw is hidden in the junior suite bathroom: a halogen spotlight without a complete glass cover is perched in the low ceiling directly above the shower. It's only a matter of time before water gets into the exposed contacts – and for guests standing barefoot in the water, this could pose an acute threat to their lives. There is obviously no systematic inspection of the electrical installation, as is usual in good hotels. Staff and outlook. The restaurant team deserves praise: friendly, attentive, and always eager to help – the restaurant staff are certainly not the cause of the aforementioned deficiencies. Nevertheless, it is recommended to revise room furnishings and cleanliness standards, professionally combat the ant infestation, offer more variety in the half-board menu, and immediately review safety in the wet rooms.

Our stay was wonderful! We had everything we needed. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, with an excellent leisure area. The room was spacious and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The inn also has a restaurant where Manu prepares delicious dishes. Everything was very good!
