Great facilities with good location, all inclusive buffet restaurant serves wide range of good quality food, best of all is the staff, polite, friendly and incredibly helpful, only thing to be aware of, it can be noisy, there is usually a party/disco/event going on from 2030-2300 most nights so if you have kids who are early sleepers this may disturb them

Had the best time with my family. We went later on in the year the weather was still warm, pools were cold but that didn't stop my boys loving being in the pools. The staff are amazing! My boys were 6 & 11 and they never got bored as there is plenty to do on hotel grounds and around the hotel. Entertainment on outside stage for the family and there was singers some nights inside aimed at the adults both was always good especially the foam parties. One day we got the bus into Palma nova and walked back as it isn't far about a 15-20 min walk along the beach. yes the rooms aren't the biggest but they are nicely done and for the amount of time we spent in the room was fine for us. My little one loved the characters and the robots in the dining room. Food never struggled with what to eat as there was something we all liked and they had themed nights each night. Snack bar in day was always well stocked. Overall if you want a family orientated hotel within the center of things I would highly recommend this place and I will be going back at some point in the near future.
