Desayuno normal y variado. Piscina en el ultimo piso muy bien pero un poco fría, podría tenerse más caliente. Habitaciones necesitan una reforma en breve.

Очень довольны этим отелем. Расположение просто волшебное, близко и к старому городу, и в то же время первая линия пляжа. Номера большие, есть все необходимое. Кровать кингсайз по факту как будто 2 односпальные (не единым полотном). Напор воды супер, шикарный душ. Завтраки невероятные, я не знаю кто пишет негативные отзывы, это возмутительно. Огромный выбор еды, включая испанские специалитеты как хамон, тортилья, чуррос, пан кон томате. Подают игристое (очень вкусное!). В общем нам так понравилось, что продлевали еще на сутки. С бесплатной парковкой есть сложности, один раз повезло встали прямо у отеля, в другие разы находили местечко в 10 мин пешком (огромная парковка).

We previously visited a week earlier and stayed for a week but unfortunately our visit was ruined when a loud music festival was on from thursday to monday which very much disrupted sleep. However , the manager Francisco was very helpful And moved us to a very good room with a fabulous view so we went back for two days a couple of days ago . Im glad we did we stayed in 514 with a lovely view and had a brilliant time the staff were always smiling and obliging especially housekeeping keeping the room spotless,the breakfast was yummy ,and location is fabulous. Thank you Francisco we will return!

Reception very good Room nice and clean Food very good Staff very friendly One problem in room fixed straight away ( shower ). Don’t understand the negative comments would certainly recommend this hotel . One draw back / sunbeds infront of hotel very expensive €30 a day ( 2 beds & brolly ) nothing to do with hotel In Los Alcázares where we live same thing for €12 a day ( rip off here ) go home tomorrow after a very enjoyable 4 day stay . Thank you

Dated. No atmosphere in bars, downstairs one is in the lobby next to busy lifts, so hardly where you go to relax. The downstairs one only serves simple drinks, you are sent upstairs for cocktails to the windy minimal rooftop bar, devoid of any soft furnishings or soul. Missing the basics in the room - coffee pod machine but you have to purchase the pods from reception for a bargain 10 euros - I mean come on. Breakfast experience tops it all - a real test to sanity walking into a large room stuffed full of guests with tables almost touching and again no soft furnishings, dividers or anything to dumb the din, you have to see it to believe it, absolutely terrible. Rooftop pool is cloudy and cold, and downstairs pool is almost never in the sun as it's squeezed between building. Lifts take an age. Smoke smell comes through air con. Balcony didn't lock. This is really barely a one star, honestly, there is nothing to like.

Location great, everything was ver good apart from not being told that the hotel was being taken over for a music event from Thursday till Monday morning. The music event started most evenings at midnight and ran through till 3-5 am. On the Thursday evening we did not get any sleep until after 4am due to the constant noise and bass line. I'm amazed that they had a licence in place with the volume levels knowing Spains attitude to noise pollution. The next day the manager moved us to a more suitable room And we recovered some of our lost sleep over the next days. The event took over the roof top bar/pool area which became unaccessible to us due to the constant bass-line, in booking this hotel the roof top bar/pool was a major appeal sadly denied to us. If we had been informed of this event we would have cancelled, we feel that we have been mis sold by this hotel.

My wife and I showed up in Calpe during their patron saints festival. The second we entered the lobby we were greeted with smiling faces. when we got to our room the air conditioning wasn't working, within minutes their maintenance man temporarily fixed it. He came in the next day (while we were out) and completey solved the issue. The front desk girl Francesca, was amazing, not only did she facilitate the ac problem, but let us know about the festivities happening during our stay. Our Spanish is very limited to a south Florida mix, and communication was a bit difficult (pure Spanish vs Spanglish!) all of the employees there were very patient and kind.out of the 2 weeks and 3 different beach towns this hotel is amazing and I cannot stress enough about Francesca who made our first step into Spain the most memerobile and amazing trip! The rooms were great the views were amazing and the roof top bar was fantastic. when we visit Spain again this establishment will be our first stop!! Thank all of you guys for looking after us!!
