Spent 3 nights at the Courtyard Calgary South for business meetings in July. Lobby is a bit small and Check in was a little chaotic. Lobby staff were decent enough but at one point when I needed an extra card the lone person working wasn’t wearing shoes and was just in his socks which I found a little odd. Location is on the deep end of Calgary, close to the seton Hospital, Hwy 2, and some restaurants and bars. I got upgraded due to my titanium bonvoy status to a larger junior suite type room which had a seperate sleeping area tucked away. Large shower and decent size bathroom. Parking is included which is nice, and it is covered and underground but is a little tight if you’re in a truck. Overall a decent stay and really the only thing in south Calgary.

Comfy beds, quiet, newer hotel, seemed clean, and kids loved the pool. When I left something behind they were helpful getting it back to me.

We checked in all was good until I realized the charge for parking $12 . On my last trip they didn’t charge. On their trip advisor page it’s mentioned free parking. The room was clean only the vents were not working.location is good . I had 2 rooms booked one at courtyard and the other one at Residence Inn® . I had 1 vehicle but they changed both my rooms with parking charges. The girl at checkout adjusted upon my complaint. Overall ok stay .

We were turned around when the hotel desk pointed us to the building across the way. Same name. Wondering why they can’t accommodate both databases for check in.
