Location was great for us. Only a 10 minute drive to chinook centre. And right across the street from Ikea! Nice having Denny’s and Moxies attached to hotel for convenience. The pool was very very basic and not very kid friendly. Relatively clean in the pool area. The room with kitchenette we stayed in quite small. Rooms are old and I found it to be quite dirty. The rug was so gross and almost sticky could feel it on my feet. Overall 3.5 stars I would say. Staff was friendly at front desk.

The location, amenities, front desk service and price were all very good. The housekeeping however was terrible. Bed was not made and dirty glasses and coffee pot were not replaced. Would have been helpful to have a mirror (full length) in the room itself for 2 adults to get ready.

My wife and I stayed here on a referral from the VCA Animal Care Hospital. Our dog was having surgery and this hotel offered a compassionate rate and was close to the clinic. We were VERY happy with our stay! We were in room 106 (pet friendly) on the main floor. It had a king size bed in a separate room with a pocket door, a TV, closet and dresser, then a kitchen area with sink, dishes, microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. There was also a separate living area with a small couch, 2 chairs, coffee tables, and a TV. The room was steps away from an ice machine, the pool and fitness centre, coin laundry, and a side entrance which was convenient to take our dog in and out. Everything was very clean! All hotel staff were friendly and professional. We ordered room service from Moxies one night and it was delicious and served fresh. We were so comfortable here for 3 nights. Walmart is across the parking lot so great to get some groceries and snacks. IKEA is across another road so easy to walk over for small items. We would definitely stay here again! It was our dog’s first time in a hotel and she settled in great.

Love this location, convenient restaurant on site. The comment would be the pillows didn’t have options for thin so I did didn’t sleep well.

The staff was accomodating. The hot tub was broken during our stay and the pool is tiny so if your wanting a property with swimming this might not be what your looking for. The resturants are great!

The property is excellent—beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. Most of the staff were great and provided wonderful service. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the conduct of one staff member, Shevaun. Upon our arrival, he was not welcoming and greeted us with a frown, yet moments later warmly smiled at a white guest. This stark difference in treatment appeared to be because of our brown skin color. Later, when we requested towels for our kids at the pool, he seemed visibly upset. Such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable in any hospitality setting and should be addressed immediately.
