The worst hotel ever .. very noisy 24 hours I couldn't sleep two hours..I had to change my room and pay 700 Egyptian pound...is it located in fifths floor with no life .. customers service is a joke

Well the entrance is a bit messy, but the rooms are very clear good staff , I was satisfied p/a I didn't like the steps 🪜 too many for an old man like ME good exercise 😉❤️ other than that 3.5 🌟

房間衞生（埃及人你懂的）其他都很好，服務熱情，有什麼問題有求必應，打聽什麼都會很認真的不厭其煩的幫助你！這點很贊哦！有好吃的也會和客人分享，房間是個百年古董房子，在五樓，沒有電梯，服務員會幫你搬行李，在開羅住幾天一次行將行李搬上去，每天出門玩也不影響什麼。作為一箇中國人在百年老古董房子住很有體驗感！很棒！房間安靜，在陽台上看開羅街巷很好看很有感覺！下次來開羅還會住。旅館所在地區是老城，市中心，開羅主要商業區，離埃及國家博物館，解放碑，地鐵站，尼羅河等都可步行幾分鐘前往，樓下有黎巴嫩菜（網紅）及各種歺飲，阿拉伯水煙，街邊咖啡等很休閑，購物旅遊吃飯很方便，前後住了十幾天（其間包被偷了，手機差點被搶，埃及治安和中國不能比）店家一直在幫助我們，店家很善良！住了十幾天（其間有七、八天還免費升級了有陽台的房間）和這家店有感情了！性價比也很高！

這是我住過最不滿意的旅館，它位於一棟很舊的大樓，在4樓沒有電梯，但是工作人員會很熱情幫助你把行李提上來。但是重點是這裏的衞生環境太差了，我的皮膚上，手上，身體上，都被蚊子還有跳蚤咬了。還有這裏的浴室非常小，和廁所在同一個小空間裏，沒有地方可以放置衣服，所以當你把衣服拿進浴室，在你洗澡的時候，你的衣服會全部被水弄濕。這個旅館甚至沒有吹風機可以借用，所以洗完頭髮衹能等頭髮自然幹。廁所沒有紙巾可以提供。每天都很吵，因為電話不斷響。哪怕在凌晨。這裏唯一的優點就是工作人員態度很好
