The room is okay but it doesn’t smell nice because it seems like they’re still u/c and the lift is pretty weird so I use the stairs instead

Should improve the entrance. Quite difficult to locate. When I found the entrance, there were some wild dogs gathering in front of the entrance.
Staff should be in uniform. Look more professional. I did not feel some welcoming at the reception. But they still allow me for early check in. Appreciated that. Not a good impression.
Room seems quite new. But remember to bring your owe toothpaste and toothbrush. Its seem common in Egypt that all the accommodations doesn’t provide with them.

The hotel was located inside a small road in a busy market, we had to wait a lot for check in at night 2 am as Hotel staff were not aware of the booking for 2 people. Lot of back and forth they were calling manager etc as they thought it was for 1 person. Very cold hotel no heater provided.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever
This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was awful—every time I reported an issue, they either ignored it or forgot. I called the receptionist multiple times and kept hearing, “We’ll send someone,” but after waiting 2-3 hours, nothing happened. When I went downstairs, the receptionist was on her phone, clearly not bothered.
The Wi-Fi was useless, the shower had no curtain so water flooded the bathroom, and the “city view” room I paid extra for was a complete lie (photos attached). The AC only blew cold air, making the room freezing when heat was needed—why advertise AC if it doesn’t work?
I asked to speak to the manager several times and was promised he’d be there in an hour—five hours later, still nothing. Loud streets outside are understandable, but the hotel’s lack of care is not.
I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve for future guests because I was clearly failed as a guest here. Never coming back. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
