很久前訂的沒法取消，硬着頭皮又住一晚上，真的非必要不住這個酒店。酒店電梯那個門很嚇人。辦理入住的時候前台和客户説話一直，讓你等10分鐘再等10分鐘就是不給你辦理入住，而且退房查房速度也很慢。房間裏蒼蠅特別特別多。也比較臟

Should improve the entrance. Quite difficult to locate. When I found the entrance, there were some wild dogs gathering in front of the entrance.
Staff should be in uniform. Look more professional. I did not feel some welcoming at the reception. But they still allow me for early check in. Appreciated that. Not a good impression.
Room seems quite new. But remember to bring your owe toothpaste and toothbrush. Its seem common in Egypt that all the accommodations doesn’t provide with them.

First entering the lobby, wow it seems like booking this hotel will not be regretted. But apparently, this hotel is still under renovation, so in my opinion when there are guests checking in, the staff is very hectic. Like not professional yet. The most annoying thing is the elevator. Overall... the facilities and comfort are good. The food is also quite delicious

I find it the cheapest hotel near Cairo Railway Station but there were constructions going on which smelled bad

The hotel was located inside a small road in a busy market, we had to wait a lot for check in at night 2 am as Hotel staff were not aware of the booking for 2 people. Lot of back and forth they were calling manager etc as they thought it was for 1 person. Very cold hotel no heater provided.
