The receptionist is really kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.
The entrance is a little hard to find, so I recommend asking someone nearby.

Because the room was on the second floor and I had to leave at 6am, I asked the front desk if I could leave the key in the room, but they disagreed. The service was average and they didn't provide any convenience. Because the suitcase was big and heavy, the elevator was very old. As a result, my toes were bruised by the suitcase and I couldn't speak for a long time because of the pain. I don't recommend this store.

These five-star ratings are for the two front desk guys, who were warm, sincere and friendly, and gave full marks for service! Although there were some unpleasant incidents with the store manager and the front desk lady on the day of departure, fortunately the trip to Egypt ended successfully.

Really, a magnificent place, 5 minutes not even on foot from the metro station which deserves everything in Cairo, very well located in the center of Cairo, shops and cafes nearby, then the room was air-conditioned and clean, a very nice terrace too .
Regarding the staff, they were all excellent, the welcome was warm, I will undoubtedly return to this establishment one day.
