I’ll be honest, I had higher expectations for this hotel. The service was great, people really wanted to help you. It’s great to see great service when you stay in a hotel…but I gotta say something, it was very dirty the first room they gave us. Towels had marks, bathroom was dirty, the shower glass was uneven so water will filter underneath, the coffee table wasn’t clean at all. It had coffee marks…anyway, we complained to reception and they changed the room for us. That was better. Also, the breakfast is too expensive I believe. 16 dollars each person, here in this app it says 13 dollars.

This is the worst accommodation I had in my Egypt trip. It's not safe, I had an intruder to my room at midnight. It was scary and horrible. My sons lost around $ 200 in this hotel. For sure I won't do it again

The lobby outside is probably five-star. But when we checked in, the room was shabby!
The security check was very strict. We drove and were checked twice. The dog kept sniffing for a long time. We were not told that there was a parking fee. It was 30 per night, which is not cheap in Egypt.
When we checked out, we put some luggage in the room, and 3 different people asked us for our room number 5 times. Are they so idle?
The blanket we asked for didn't come all night.
We took some food back to the room, and they asked us to sign a form that we must eat in the room. I was speechless.
The security check was also checked again and again. How important are you to live in such a shabby place with such shabby facilities...

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room is very old, the carpet is full of stains, the wall cloth is full of mold spots and curling edges, it is very disgusting! ! The toilet smells moldy, and the bathtub is also dirty. After flushing the toilet, the button will not come up and it keeps flushing. I called the front desk to fix it, but it didn't come after more than ten minutes. During these ten minutes, the water kept flushing, and then suddenly it bounced up. The air conditioner is very loud, anyway, I didn't sleep well all night. It's a nightmare!!!
