일단 엘레베이터가 4명 까지 밖에 못 하는데 한 번도 타 본 적이 없습니다. 맨날 사람이 다 있어서. 그리고 뜨거운 물이 안 나오는데 전화를 카운터에 열 번을 넘게 했는데 사람이 계속 안올라와서 내려가서 물어 봤더니 고치는 중이라고 대꾸 하고 전화로는 알겠다고만 하고 서비스가 너무 저질이에요.
그리고 위치도 시내에 있는 줄 알았는데 지도상으로만 시내로 나오는 후미진 곳에 있어가지고 되게 위험하고 근처에 상점도 없어서 엄청 불편합니다. 비추에요.

The room is very small and it's inconvenient to move around. And there's no place to put things. The hangers can't be taken out, so it's troublesome to hang clothes. It would be better if there were more hooks.

Our twin-bed room was big enough and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was hardly any warm water coming out of the shower. So we had to shower more or less with cold water. The problem could not be solved during our stay. The elevator system is no longer up to date and a lot of patience is required in the mornings. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. The rooftop bar is also highly recommended!
