Gooood Hotel. Clean and good location. Not far to the airport.

I have been here for a quick business trip. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are tidy and keep them clean.

It was what was expected for the price was paid for so it was all around average

Would no come back. This hotel appears not to be cleaned regularly. My room was smelling tobacco although it was non smoking. Service and breakfast were not great either.

Location is ok, staff are very friendly, cleanness is satisfactory but need improvement and internet connectivity is very very poor

Staff were VERY friendly, helpful and fast at responding. Location was good, quite noisy when windows are open, but close to a lot of places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was ok, it was the same for our whole stay, need more variety. Room was quite spacious with a large bathroom but NOT clean at all, stained carpets (inside and outside the room), dirty windows and old furniture which was unfortunate for such a big, 5 start hotel. Overall cleanliness was 0/5, elevators had hand stamps all over and the “panoramic view elevator” supposed to be showing the top view of the pool we couldn’t see anything because of how stained the glass was 🤷🏻♀️

The location is very good 10 walking to citystars mall.. Many Caffès near the hotel.. Staff are very welcoming. I enjoyed staying there

Good trip and good job

The air conditioner was not working, and I asked to fix it more than 10 times, but they didnt reply. And when they arrived finally at night, the guy told me that it needs to be changed So I called the reception, and asked to change it or change the room, because it’s too hot and the room smells bad. But he didnt respond, and said that he can’t do anything! I made a big mistake booking at this hotel, it used to be lovely, but it changed!!

I stayed at Tolip Golden Plaza for some nights during my business trip to Cairo. The hotel is located in a busy area, close to a big mall and some restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, but the furniture was a bit old and worn out. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft for my liking. The bathroom was decent, but the water pressure was low and the towels were not very soft. The WiFi was free, but slow and unreliable. The breakfast buffet was good, but not very varied. The staff were polite and helpful, but not very attentive. The pool was nice, but small and crowded. The fitness center was well-equipped, but the massage services were expensive. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay at Tolip Golden Plaza, but I think there are better options in Cairo for the same price range.

Good hotel

The room is very big. The standard room is written as 25 square meters, but it is actually 40-50 square meters. It is a suite. The hotel environment is very good. It is far away from the old city, close to Chinese restaurants, 4-5 kilometers away, and very close to the city center. The hotel has sufficient air conditioning and the breakfast is OK. The only thing is that the network is not very good, but it seems to be a common problem in Egypt. The signal is very good but sometimes it doesn't work.

Facilities: Good facilities. There is indeed a swimming pool, but it is open-air. Hygiene: Very good. There is a snack street next to the hotel. The food is delicious. Environment: Good environment. It is like separating the outside from the inside. Service: Good service, but nothing special to praise. This hotel is near city stars. It is recommended to take an Uber. It only costs two or three yuan. Because if you want to walk there, you have to cross the road, which is very unsafe and you may encounter local homeless people. Those who understand will understand.
