First and formeost, much love to Gaia, our host. She is one of those quiet professionals who gets things done and doesn't make a fuss. Yet everything falls into place with little overt effort. The facility is perfect, charming, rustic, and definitely built with the environment in mind. If you are in Cahuita for adventures, this spot will welcome you after a long day out with an inviting hammock on its generous patio. Plus our unit had a small, functional kitchen with a four burner propane stovetop and full-size (for Costa Rica) fridge. Beds were comfy, a/c cool, and the windows allowed for a breeze during the day. Shower big enough for a big dude, we enjoyed being indoors as much as out. If you pick this place, you'll likely want to come back. We sure will. Thanks to all the staff and their commitment to preserving their beautiful environment.

(Français ci-dessous) We (3 adults), spent a week in Cahuita and this establishment made are stay wonderful. It was exactly what we were looking for! A no frills little cabin with everything we needed, A/C, fridge, microwave, a gas stove top and perfectly located to visit the park, beach or town. Although not officially in the Cahuita Nat’l Park, It took us about 7 minutes by foot to everything. Comfortable beds, basic cabin look decor this is what we like ! it was a great feeling to be awaken almost every day by a group of howler monkeys that hung out nearby! Hey! We wanted to see monkey’s… they came to us! Wonderful! Nice pool great breakfast and talk about the service and staff! Our special thanks to Gaya and Melina! They took great care of us. Even helped us in contacting a tour operator to follow up on an excursion. This was definitely a high point in our month in paradise! Nous (3 adultes), avons passé une semaine à Cahuita et cet établissement était parfait pour nous! Une belle petite cabane, style chalet. Une finition intérieure en bois avec un haut plafond. Lits confortable, A /C, frigo, micro-ondes, un réchaud au gaz. Nous étions à 7 minutes de tous à pieds! Le parc, la plage, le centre de cette magnifique petite ville avec des resto assez correct. Notre meilleur est le Ewa. Le site est entouré de végétation nous nous croyions dans le parc! D’ailleurs un groupe de singe hurleurs venait nous réveiller presque tous les matins. Pas fameux pour les « lève tard », mais quel beau cadeau de mère nature! Il y a également une piscine. De bons déjeuners et un super service! Le staff est très gentil, un merci spécial à Gayá et Mélina pour avoir pris soin de nous. Cette endroit était un des point fort de notre mois au paradis!

Lovely place!
Lovely place. The staff was very attentive and bfast was really good! Great location just a few minutes walk to downtown and the national park. Lots of wildlife including howler monkeys. (The monkeys would start their noise around 4am so if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs!)

En endroit vraiment cool.
Un endroit ideal pour déconnecter. Niché en bordure de la jungle juste à côte du parc national de Cahuita. Très dépaysant.
