Great location just across the road from the stunning beach. Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Common areas of the hotel are well appointed, but rooms are average with bathrooms desperately in need of refurbishment. Not sure when the hotel got its four star rating, but it’s definitely inferior to the Bahia just down the road, and felt more like a three star in comparison.

Buena opción para alojarse en primera línea de playa en Cádiz. Habitaciones amplios y renovadas. Sólo echamos de menos una terraza en la habitación. También dispone de parking propio. Atravesando la calle se encuentra la playa de la Victoria. Pero para llegar al centro de Cádiz hay que ponerse las zapatillas de caminar y prepararse a quemar las suelas.

Nos hemos alojado en el hotel por segundo año consecutivo, y estamos deseando poder hacerlo de nuevo. No sólo es que tenga la mejor ubicación, e instalaciones nuevas y cuidadas (que es importante), lo que hace la estancia única, es la calidad, cercanía y amabilidad de todo su personal, y la extraordinaria labor de limpieza de las habitaciones. Ademas, les solicitamos un par de preferencias para nuestro alojamiento y se preocuparon por cumplir ambas. Sumado a ésto, el servicio de toallas de playa que tienen, y el detalle de la gratuidad de las botellas de agua diarias, facilita mucho el día a día. El mejor hotel en el que nos hemos alojado en Cádiz. Muchas gracias. Laura y Javi

Hotel con vistas espectaculares hacia el mar, aunque había ambiente fuera, el hotel era tranquilo. Destaco las buenas recomendaciones en cuanto a sugerencias de restaurante cercano que nos dio el conserje de la entrada. La zona estupenda en pleno paseo marítimo.

Un Hotel de excelencia, tanto las instalaciones, como la ubicación. Frente a una playa hermosa, un corredor marítimo de ensueño, muy cerca de parada de autobuses y calles con todo tipo de comercios. El personal magnífico. Desde que llegas al hotel con los y las recpcionistas que te reciben con alegría, empatía y listos para ayudarte en todo lo que necesitas. El desayuno y el equipo de personas que lo atienden son magníficos. La limpieza excelente. Un hotel y personal magnífico. Volvería siempre!! Además tuvieron la defencia de sorprendernos con una botella de Champán para que celebremos nuestro aniversario 24 de casados!!

Nous avons parcouru l’Andalousie pendant 3 semaines et sommes allés dans plusieurs hôtels et celui-ci est de loin notre préféré : accueil d’une remarquable gentillesse, vue magnifique sur la plage, très joli décor, chambre hyper confortable, excellent petit déjeuner et ……celui-ci a été le moins cher de tous les hôtels où nous avons séjourné !

Staff at all levels outstandingly good in helpfulness, cheerfulness and general smiley nature. The only thing that let it down for us was our total inability to connect with the internet in the hotel’s WiFi. Two iPhones and two iPads could not connect throughout our three-days. In the end we had to use our mobile signals. Shame because everything else worked well for us.
