Horrible experience at the hotel. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and openly racist. We had to pay an additional charge at checkout without being notified of it beforehand, too. However, the room was fairly clean and the outdoor pool was beautiful. If not for the rude and racist staff, it would have been a nice place to stay.

We stayed overnight on the way from Lisbon to Madrid. Unexpectedly, the room was warm and clean, with a small balcony. The front desk staff was friendly. There was an indoor parking lot. Although the parking fee was a bit expensive, it was safe. The hotel is very suitable for self-driving tours.

Would stay again but please improve the structure of the menu. Bed mattress a bit hard.. However the hotel provided a good overnight stay

Ideal overnight hotel if travelling from the northern ports to the Costs del Sol. It isn’t far from the A66

We were very pleased, on checking in, to find such a nice hotel. The public rooms are nice but the seating is not at all comfortable. The bar service is very slow but the barman was very pleasant. Our room was really nice and very comfortable with a good bathroom. The restaurant is quite basic with a simple menu which was OK for us that evening as we were tired from travelling and didn't want a 'gourmet' meal. Our evening was spoilt, however, by a couple whose extremely noisy daughters were allowed to create noise and havoc while the parents ignored them and carried on playing with their mobile telephones. The restaurant staff did nothing about it so we left the restaurant early.

We booked as the hotel advertised that they have a pool. The pool was however closed so much disappointment as the temperature was 35 degrees.

Wonderful hotel, very modern and good sized rooms. Wonderful views over Cordoba and lovely landscaped gardens. Tea making facilities in the room with free water and crisps provided too.
