Room was spacious and clean. Excellent location. Nearby different transportation and shopping area! Jagalchi market was just behind the hotel perfect for fresh seafood!

Fantastic location. Great room and amenities - free washing machine! They do charge little to store luggage but understandable. Staff are so helpful and would highly recommend this hotel in Nampo. Great for nightlife and street food.

The place is very accessible to all. And also the transportation.The young lady at the front desk is very helpful to us.If I have a chance again to go to Busan I will stay again at Griffinbay Hotel.

Next to jagalchi fish market walking distance within 5 minutes. Recommended stay for seafood lovers. Room is comfortable. Receptionist can speak good English, very helpful to tourists.

Everything's good for this hotel, location, services, cleanliness, and etc. It does have free laundry service but there's only one washer with no dryer. It's located at the basement level inside the male toilet though, that's a big no no. The best part of our stay was that we took a room with the city view, we got to see the Busan Tower all day long, which is awesome!

Great location, warming and helpful staff. We had called a satisfying chicken delivery with the help from the front desk. The room space is not quite large but enough for two people and their luggage. The hotel’s breakfast is good and varied in the items during the two days we stayed.

Pretty clean. Staff at the reception are nice. It will be better if early check-in is without charge. The location is quite good as it is near to the Biff Plaza and the seafood market.

The water pressure is very low and we have to suffered for two nights before getting it fixed. Other than that the location is fantastic as it’s near Nampo staton

Amazing location close to the bus and a short ride from busan station.My room was clean the view was amazing and staff was super kind.I would definitely visit again.

This hotel room is big and less crowded place.  It’s nearby the MRT and the downtown to walk around and eat.  Would recommend friends to stay here next time.
