Hotel location was good, biff just around the corner, booked the suite room, with sea view, not pricey, with free breakfast, non buffet type. Room was huge but bit run down, not much maintaining job done, still will book this hotel if second visit because of the location.

This is our 2nd time staying here. Location is pretty convenient as it's near BIFF. Noticed that the towels have grey patches on them on at least 2 occasions, so that is not too ideal.

Have always stayed in this hotel every time I come to Busan due to its location! Comfortable room and good service as well.

Wonderful hotel breakfast of either abalone porridge or pork bulgogi rice. Suite was comfy and beds were firm and lovely. Enjoyed the scenery of the sea and Jagalchi market complex. Stellar location beside BIFF and the best Hotteok!

Convenient location, near to BIFF square and also metro station! Comes with purifier in the room which was a plus point!

It’s conveniently located next to the metro station, Jagalchi Market, BIFF Square, and Gwangbokro Culture and Fashion Street. A great highlight is the massage chairs available in the lobby and an air purifier provided in every room. The room lighting is kept dim to create a more romantic atmosphere for those who appreciate it. 😊

Room is as pictured. Lobby is has good facilities (massage chair, computer). Although there were only 2 options for breakfast, it was nice and filling. Location is great with BIFF square right downstairs and shopping street behind the building. Train station was about 7 mins walk away and there is an entrance to the underground shopping street outside hotel building too. Jagalchi market just 5 min walk away. No toiletries provided but has vending machine selling toiletries in lobby. Will stay again

Great location!!! Coffee at level 4 hotel lobby super delicious 🫶❤️ Staff friendly 👍🙏 Samsung Aircon very cold 🤭 TV lots of channel and warm water for shower powerful 💪😁. There's a luggage weighing machine at the lobby too. Only shortfall is the toilet flushing American system - weak, not the whirlpool type 🤭

Very good location but hotel room is not as nice as expected Stanford which is just opposite the road looks nicer and bigger

Hotel was close walking distance to metro station and had a lot of restaurant and shopping options downstairs. Room was quite big and had sufficient amenities but keep in mind to not use water cooker with other tools using electricity like blow dryer/ hair straightener - the power will cut out and you’ll have to report to the front desk. They happily provide another room next door, which was very nice! Front desk is very friendly and provide luggage storage too.
