The room was in the 39th floor. We had an amazing view of HaeunDae beach. It is very close to the subway station and the food market. The room had everything you need. With laundry machine and dryer. The owner was very nice. Thank you for a great stay.

We were very impressed with the person who checked us in. He firstly met us at the metro station and helped us with our luggages to our apartment . He was very tentative and explained everything very well using Google translate. When we enquired about local Korean restaurants in the area, he spent quite a while searching the internet for a decent restaurant that served Korean barbecue and even showed us the location of the restaurant. The apartment itself was amazing with regards to the facilities, including a very good laundry machine and drier.

My friend and I came from the states and we needed a convenient accommodation to stay and we found this wide ocean view hotel near haeundae beach. Not just the location but also the manager who works there was very kind and gave the best service you can ever ask for. I couldn’t believe how kind he was that he made sure we know how to get there safely with all the details of the directions! He was amazing ! So we got there very safely and on time and I liked how the hotel is so close to everything including subway and beach. We all had a blast and I still thank him for all the kindness! I strongly recommend this place for anyone who would like to visit haeundae beach ! The manager will help you through everything to make sure you are comfortably staying there until the end of the trip ! Thank you !

We did enjoy the stay :)
1. Perfect location just neighboring metro exit, 5 mins walkable distance to convenient store, various restaurants, beauty stores and Haeundae Beach
2. Neat and clean room, spacious and cozy living room and balcony with marvelous sea view
3. Well managed accommodation with enough supply of bottled drinking water and toiletries
Will definitely stay again when next time visit Busan Haeundae！

到了現場才發現，這是一家並沒有正規門面、也不在大樓清單裏、甚至沒有招牌、沒有任何指引的一家，疑似三無的所謂酒店，但是價格居然高達1700+/晚，我們到達現場後，實在找不到入口和任何標識，然後一直在聯繫攜程，就來了一箇中年男子，該男子也相當的鬼祟，引着我們走到大樓的一個小巷子示意跟着他上樓，我們十分懷疑，該樓已經非常舊並不是描述的2024年開業的樣子！我們當場表示，表示不接受這樣的環境和做法，先讓兩位男士跟着上去先看環境，女人和小孩都在樓下等，那人拒絕先看房，至此已經等候和折騰了接近2小時，天都黑了孩子也餓了，是絕對不敢跟這麼一個陌生男子過去的，這座大樓有幾十層，裏面的商家有幾十個，哪怕一座公寓有幾個酒店我也能接受，我後續查看，大樓名單有四個酒店，裏並無這個酒店！！！
我一直在聯繫攜程，表示不能接受這樣的價格對應這樣的酒店，該男子也是非常可疑，看到我用手機拍攝馬上躲起來，我與攜程溝通，攜程居然包庇該商家，表示不能退房，身在異國，我帶着孩子不可能接受這樣一個無招牌、無門面、無正規工作人員的店，而且這麼貴的價格，是絕對不可能對應這樣的。
本着對攜程的絕對信任，選擇了並不低價的產品，沒想到得到的是這麼離譜的結果。這樣的設施、環境，攜程入駐的監管就這樣離譜？？還能在被發現後，被攜程如此好的包庇着，公然損害消費者利益！！作為一個有責任心的公民，必須曝光！
後續攜程還是接二連三的跟我聯繫説不能處理，我付了2晚共3500/間，（另外一位朋友訂的）一共兩個房間，合計7000多元，攜程回覆説，給我賠付900多。我完全不能接受。那就真實反饋吧。希望不要再有同胞被這樣的黑店騙了。

房間整體很乾凈整潔，傢俱比較新。地理位置不錯，窗外海景一目瞭然，出門有很多小店，步行十分鐘到海雲台浴場。孩子們喜歡的小桌球玩起來很開心。飲用水，熱水，乾毛巾量足夠用。晚上安靜，被子乾淨，一個大床，兩個小床正好我們一家四口。洗衣機乾衣機都是三星品牌，比較新，使用方便。房東大叔很客氣，全程交流用手機軟件實時翻譯，不明白的直接通過軟件告知即可。付款時候他沒有零錢，特意又出去兑換了零錢回來給我們。整個住宿過程很舒適且順利。👍👍👍
