The room is breathtaking. Arguably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed that we’ve decided to extend for an additional night. The resort is very self sufficient but good was pricey. Thankfully Uber was very efficient and not too costly, and Lotte Premium Mall is very nearby. Only issue was that there was no gym. You would have to take a shuttle to the other resort. Otherwise, it was a very memorable stay.

Resort is absolutely stunning and location wise is on a quiet side but plenty of restaurants nearby. A relaxing place away from too much tourists. Nearby is the new Lotte theme park and luge park. Staffs are very friendly and attentive but communication is very tough. Restaurants in the resort are very nice and plenty of choice. It also has a convenience store that sells everything. The restaurants and facilities operation time is very weird, with certain limitations. One of the swimming pool not in operation and we were unaware. Certain amenities not provided due to government policy but I strongly dislike soap bars as shampoo and no tv in the room. A tablet is provided if you need some entertainment for your children. We would like to stay again in the future

The hotel facilities are great, nice decor and good view. However the hotel is a bit too far from the main attractions.

The central heating was so cold at 24 degrees. The set temperature of 28 degrees was useless, and the duplex bed on the second floor was so cold that my friend woke up at 3 in the morning and shivered so much that she is now catching a cold. And it wasn't easy to check in from the parking lot. There were almost no signs in the parking lot, and there was only a sign on the floor leading to the entrance, and the person working there didn't know. The staff seemed almost unfriendly. I arrived 30 minutes early and was told to wait for check-in. The waiting area was also small and uncomfortable. Heating and hotel guidance need to be improved. The pool is available for guests, but except for the indoor area. It's a paid discount, but it's too expensive. I registered my car incorrectly, so I had a hard time leaving. It's a 5-star hotel, but the service is terrible.

After staying at Ananti at Cove, I liked it so much that I decided to stay here to experience the village and decide on my main accommodation. I liked the fact that the village is a duplex, and the bedroom and living room are separated, which was a plus because it was more comfortable. I plan to stay here again next time.

I came here for the first time after going to Coveman. The ocean view is satisfying and it is clean. Breakfast is expensive, but it was good for the end of the year mood. However, I was dissatisfied because there was no parking space for guests.

There are no tissues in the room.. I was satisfied except for the unnecessary movement to the bathroom to use tissues because of my runny nose.

The facilities were clean and nice! It was a vacation with my child, and it was spacious and comfortable, which was nice. It was a very, very satisfying trip!

The accommodation was very nice, but the front lobby was lacking in information signs, and the pool and sauna were separate, which was a shame, but the view from the room was nice.

It's really good

It's a very high-end hotel. The bed is very comfortable, but the distance is a bit far. It would be more convenient to call a taxi when going shopping. In addition, there is no TV in the room, which is a small deduction.

The facilities are top notch

The hotel was really private and the facilities were clean and good, but the route to get in and the route to the indoor pool were inconvenient The inside of the hotel was really clean, but the temperature was too hot, so the inside was very dry. It would be better if they installed a humidifier.

It's a great place for families. Ananti Cove, which is accessible by shuttle, is also great. The service, facilities, meals, and programs are all excellent.
