The hotel is good.Easy to travel around and food is everywhere

It's very near to Ulucami where I guess the most visit worthy point of the Bursa since all those shops around it include silk shops. The room was very clean and the bathroom was good. The only problem is the bed was smaller. I guess even if I paid for two beds they wrongly gave me one bed it wasn't fit for two people to sleep comfortably. Their breakfast is average but terrace view during the breakfast was hilarious.

Hotel with great location which is closing to the famous Koza Han (silk market), and Bursa uIu cami, just crossing the road. There are lot of restaurants nearby. Ridding bus from Istanbul airport to Bursa with 2 hours and connect bursa bus no. 38 at bus station to the hotel directly. I have to thank you the hotel staff he helped me to arrange boat ticket return to Istanbul.

Its a terrible hotel dont come here. The rooms are not clean and the persons at the entry are not kindly. If you come to bursa dont come to this hotel. They said first 250 euro for 4 days and at the third day we must go out the hotel. Its terrible and we are now in an another hotel

Terrible experience , receptionists did not speak English and the room lacked very basic amenities: - No proper internet - No kettle - Only one electric socket in the room, had to choose between charging my phone or tablet or watch. - Excessive heat from heater , no adjustment - Bad bathroom plumbing - Safe wasn’t working - Housekeeping not on daily basis - Cold water in reception boiler, had to buy my own boiler to have hot drinks When I requested to check out the following day or even cancel my reservation with charge, my request was rejected and the hotel refrained from answering the booking agent. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I made hustle with no avail. They clearly informed me that no refund whatsoever.

It is a hotel with a wonderful view of Bursa, the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend it to those who will come to Bursa. Thanks to Mr. Ali at the reception, he was very helpful. Thank you very much to Heosine.

Well, two days ago, I went to visit Bursa from Ankara, I came to Vaho hotel, which is the closest to the bazaar, it was wonderful, clean, spacious, the staff and the staff were friendly and helpful, everything was great, I recommend it to everyone.

Gardırop arasında örümcek agı vardı.tuvalet kagıtları önceki müşteriden kullanılmış yarım yarım bırakılmış ve değiştirilmemiş. Gittim eksikler oldugunu söyledim gece otel sorumlısu beyfendi bize havlu verdi. Odaya geldim baktım havlu ortasında ve kanarlarında kocaman yırtıklar sankı biri paramparça etmiş ve hiç kontrol etmeden müşterinin önüne öylece verilmiş. Sabah durumu anlattım resepsiyona gece bakanlar bulamamıştır temiz havluları demezlermi birde. Ayrıca carşaflarda kıllar vardı sankı baska biri yatmış temizlemeden üstünü kapatmışlar.temiz çarşaf istedik ve maalesef midemiz bulanarak uyuduk. Tek güzel şey konumu. Onun dışında kesinlikle berbat ötesi. Sakın ailenizi götürmeyin zaten odalardan maalesef kötü kötü sesler geliyor çocuklar için kesinlikle uygun değil asla taviseye etmiyorum berat ötesi idi. Çıkarken bütün şikayetlerimi ilettim resepsiyonda sadece temizlik görevlisi vardı o da benım sucum değil eleman almıyorlar söylüyorum ama dinlemiyorlar dedi. Maalesef çok kötü idi.
