Response from Property: Hello, first of all, if you compare the rooms, we really can't compare with the fast hotels in the mainland. Kanas is located in the border mountainous area, and the transportation of decoration materials and policy control cannot be compared with the mainland. Our hotel has been open for 5 years and has received thousands of rooms. As long as we find items left behind by guests, we will contact the guests as soon as possible to help return them. After receiving your contact, we first asked the cleaning staff and then checked the room and searched the garbage, but did not find the pajamas you mentioned. I'm not sure if you are sure that they are left behind, please provide evidence. Your pajamas have no special meaning to us, so there is no need for us to detain them or lie. The sign on our bedside also reminds you to check your belongings when you check out. It's our problem and we admit to rectify it. Sorry, we don't accept the dirty water you throw randomly. Guests who choose us have their own judgment and don't need your malicious guidance.

After the bathroom fan heater broke down on your first day of stay, the staff helped you coordinate a room change, but you refused to change rooms on the grounds that you had too much luggage. The housekeeper also told you the precautions for using the hanging rail door in the room when you checked in. It was your own operating error that caused the rail to fall off. Due to geographical factors, the peak season room prices in Kanas can only operate normally for four months a year, and you cannot reduce the price just because you think it is expensive. Our prices from June to now have been reported and approved for public display. There are also many guests who like to take it easy, and we really can't satisfy everyone.
