Overall, the staycation at this hotel was very satisfying. Staying here many times gave us visitors a good impression.

Spacious room, no cable TV facilities, bathroom facilities with bathtub but no bathtub cover, pool cleanliness needs to be improved, breakfast menu variations need to be considered. Maintenance needs to be done for facilities and infrastructure...

The hotel is recommended, it's not too far from the gadang hours

The view is not good....the cleanliness is also not satisfactory.

Kesan awal masuk kamar terasa pengap dan kurang sedap, setelah AC hidup mulai sedikit enakan kemudian kami belikan pengharum ruangan yg gantung di AC baru terasa agak segar. Fasilitas dalam kamar nampak sudah usang seperti karpet yg menutupi lantai, kursi & meja, dan bufet penyimpanan. Lampu penerangan terasa kurang terang dimana cahaya lampunya kuning kurang baik buat membaca. Kolam renang viewnya bagus, anak bisa menikmati berenang dgn nyaman (kebetulan lagi lengang), lokasi kolam renang berada di bawah bukit dan pepohonan sehingga bikin sejuk dan rindang cuma salahnya dedaunan, serpihan tangkai/ranting msk ke kolam renang jadi hendaknya rutin dibersihkan oleh petugas CS.

When were there, it was almost empty and we felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was limited to small choice. Twin room was quite spacious. It was pretty clean and well maintained. For a 3-star, they supplied with soap, shampoo and even dental brush kit. The staff was helpful to lend us a mobile charger adapter. Location is close to main amenities in the city.
