Everything is perfect. Not kettle in the room.

Although majestically placed in the heart of the Microcentro, or perhaps relying on this sole fact, the staff was one of the rudest and less helpful I've seen in a hotel in this price range in Latin America. They refused to speak any other language other than Spanish, and when requested to speak slowly so we could listen through the porteño accent, they didn't. When asked about their room service, the answer was a dry "scan the QR code". When asked about what would be open (it was Christmas), they told us to ask around the street. Luckily, the people on the streets were far more warm and helped us get around the city better. The rooms were good and appropriately clean.

The service and attitude are OK, but there are two points that are not satisfactory. The hot water in the shower is very small and not hot enough. My rental car was under maintenance and had to be parked outside in the parking lot which incurred a $20 nightly parking fee.

Meet expected requirements such as hygiene, geographical location, etc. For some reason the door was very solid and it took a lot of effort to reach it. The front desk was very helpful. If we lost our phone, they immediately helped us make calls.

The room was clean and the hotel was in a good location. The ABC restaurant diagonally across the street had good quality and cheap barbecue. The street was very lively and there were people dancing Argentine tango at the intersection. WiFi is fast. Overall feeling good. I don’t know what to do if I didn’t eat breakfast.
