Very well located. The room was bigh enough for the price and clean. The bathroom was food but be careful, the bathtube is slippery.

It was exactly what we needed. It was super close to our family members house. We wanted a room with a bathtub so we upgraded our room, and we got exactly what we expected!

The location of the hotel is OK, it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the city center and the central railway station. The hotel front desk service is average, not hot or cold, and the hotel is relatively clean. The only drawback is that the shower drains very slowly, which feels bad.

The front desk service is very good. There is someone on duty 24 hours a day. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage. On the first day you checked in, the drain in the shower room was blocked. The floor was slippery when you first entered, and I almost fell. My toilet was flooded with water, and the water overflowed into the room. It was too late, and there was no phone in the room. I complained to the front desk the next day, saying that there were no repairmen on Sundays, and they asked me to change rooms in the evening. It was a bit of an experience for two nights. Bad. The attitude of the service staff is quite good. However, this European hotel had a problem that day and it was not solved on the same day. It was a bit annoying that it had to be solved after 15:00 the next day.

The 24-hour front desk is very friendly and welcoming. After staying for 3 nights, it was cleaned every day. It is right next to the Parliament Pillar and is very convenient to walk to the Central Station in 12 minutes. The beds are comfortable and the hygiene is very good.

However, there is a long slope, so it is difficult for people with large luggage. It would be more convenient for travelers if there were a few more amenities. Overall, it is okay.
