We stayed for one night and its Unusual for a 5 star review but we honestly couldn't find fault. Easy to find with the instructions given by email. Kerry met us and was friendly and knowledgeable. The view from our room was amazing. The room was very nice, clean with a comfy bed and on suite. Parking was 5 mins walk as were the pubs restaurants and shops. The Harbour View owns a pub, the New Quay Inn, just down the road that is very friendly and has nice welcoming staff. Slept great and the staff at breakfast were excellent. Breakfast had cereal fruit etc and a lovely full English. We will definitely come back and would recommend to everyone. Thanks for a great stay.....

Wow!!Wow!! Amazing place to stay in Brixham! The best possible location, over viewing the harbour. We have arrived earlier and popped into Harbour View to get directions to the car park (as previously agreed with the owner) only to be told our room is actually ready and we can check in 3h before planning time. Unbelievable! I was so happy we can actually refresh and get change after the long drive. Steve was super kind not only showed us to the room, give us all directions to the car park, which was just below the hotel in the harbour and give us tips about the best places to eat and drink. Our room and bathroom were spotless clean. Bed was super comfy and we had a great night sleep. Room was at the back of the property so it was quiet at the night, we didn't hear any other guests and people on the street. Breakfast in the morning was also fantastic. Apart of cooked option you have fresh croissants and pasties, yogurts, cereals, toast and jams, juices etc. Plenty of everything. Owners were very attentive and helpful. We've had a great stay and felt well looked after. We will be definitely coming back and staying in Harbour View next time when in Brixham. Thank you for your hospitality

Lovely well recommended Lovely position the view from room 7 is wonderful, although the sloping floor is a bit weird at first but it has a comfortable bed so ensured a good night's sleep. Breakfast was pleasant with various choices along with the hot choice ( although it looked a bit lost on a large plate, but was adequate) overall it was good value for money. We would have preferred if the front door was closed more often to prevent problems.

Lovely breakfast, even Keith the dachshund got his own Great price for two nights Highly recommend this gem of a place to stay What a view, top floor unspoilt harbour views, very easy walking distance to restaurants and bars

Set overlooking the harbour, this guesthouse was a perfect place to stay. We stayed in room 7 with a view of the harbour. The room is small but big enough for the 2 of us with an en suite bathroom. I think this was once a fisherman's house. Breakfast was included with a choice of cereals, pastries, or full English. The food was fresh and cooked well. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and cared about their guests. One thing I will mention is the stairs and parts have a tight turn, so if you're having difficulty walking, please bear this in mind. All in all, this is a lovely place to stay in a great location.
