Good size rooms. However, it was very run down. The celling in the bathroom looked like it was going to come down on you. Also, it would have been nice to have a queen bed.

we only stayed for the day as we needed to catch a redeye. But room is very clean and tidy and bedsheets and pillow cases are clean. we got a free upgrade but unfortunately we couldn’t really enjoy a good night sleep as we needed to go airport at 9pm.

Environment: Serviced apartments in the center of Brisbane, with a good environment. The two-bedroom room I booked is very large, 95 square meters, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a balcony that offers a river view, and a very beautiful night view. A new building is being built on the vacant land on the left, so there may not be such a good view in the future. Hygiene: The bedding in the room is very clean, and there is room service and cleaning every day, which is great. Facilities: Very complete, with a washing machine and dryer, and a drying rack, which is great. Service: I have to give a thumbs up. We didn't take some clothes away, and the waiter even emailed us to ask if we needed them to be sent to us, which was very friendly.

Hygiene is the worst in this hotel. The stuffy bedding, the smelly old fabric sofa, and the dishwasher are even worse. I don't understand why customers are asked to use the dishwasher in this condition. Additionally, the unfriendly behavior of the staff adds to the image of this hotel as the worst. Oaks-affiliated hotels will be excluded from any future travel to Australia.

The location is ideal, only an 8-minute walk to Central and Riverside Pier. This Apartments Room 085 2 living rooms and 2 rooms (looking at the Story Bridge, the night view is beautiful), Can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen utensils are clean and complete, and there is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. You can get the required items directly from the lobby staff.

A very recommended hotel. Although the hotel does not have breakfast, there are many things to eat nearby. There are many good restaurants along the river, with good scenery and good taste, but the food is a bit slow.
