Overall, I am quite satisfied. I have had several duplicate charges in the past. I paid online for the pre-sale and then charged the room fee again. Although it was quickly resolved after I reported it to Ctrip customer service, I still hope to be more careful. After all, if I don't check the credit card bill myself, I won't be able to find the duplicate payment.
