Beautiful little place full of character and ideally situated. Ellie is fabulous; very welcoming and friendly as are the staff in the cafe which is also part of the guest house. Bed is big and comfortable and although the bathroom was small, it had everything you could want, including a nice shower and toiletries. We did overlook a busy road which had a bar in both corners and as it was the mid weekender; it was very busy and noisy but we didn’t mind as that was the reason for our visit. Breakfast was amazing and the decor in the cafe was charming.

I highly recommend this hotel which is such a gem with charm, great location, helpful and welcoming staff, nice rooms, clean, nice decor and great sleep! I had my 50th Birthday in Brighton this past weekend and guests stayed at Cappadocia Guest Hotel. Had the best sleep and such a nice experience sharing with family and friends. Best coffee and great food, and within a heart and community within Brighton. Thank you to all the staff! We will return for another weekend stay😊

Cappadocia is beautiful. Room was tidy, clean and comfy. Very well located for Brighton centre and Ellie was very helpful and attentive. Will return and recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Nice, clean bedroom with comfortable bed. Everything you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the cafe was very nice. Good location for shopping and short walk to the beach.

Had a lovely stay here on a visit to England. Brighton is a great city and Cappadocia is in the heart of everything close to the lanes and beach and so convenient to the station. Guest house was clean and lots of nice touches like robes and slippers and water in the room.

A perfect place to stay right in the center of the lanes. Great attached cafe. Beautifully decorated with turkish lamps. Would definitely stay again.

Nice guesthouse in Brighton. They were very accommodating with check in and the facilities and room were pleasant. Great value for money. Would highly recommend!
