This place is amazing! The host upon arrival was really excellent and helped with our accommodation and shuffled our room to make it as nice as possible and upgraded us free of charge. We have a small child so it really helped! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was enough for our stay. We found it to be homely and cosy and tea/coffee facilities were available in the room too. Some may say it is dated but we thought this added to the quality! It is really a great place to stay if you are on a budget or looking for an overnight place and the hosts are very welcoming too. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again! Great location, good customer service. The room was perfectly clean, and had proper air flow. Great experience.

Except for the location, this hotel is poorly maintained. Worst thing was I had paid fully to trip. Com. But they took the details of my credit card numbers and the CVV. And refused to cancel the information on my check out!

Room sympathetic cozy bedding but slightly cold and no view friendly place

Everything you’d need for an incredibly good price. Room was comfortable and clean, slept brilliantly. Great view of the pier from the window. Perfect location - a couple of really nice restaurants within metres. Would highly recommend Bay Leaf (Indian) and Sawadee (Thai). Service when checking in and out very friendly and helpful. Lovely stay - thank you!

For the price, the room is very good but just cold !

Place is disgusting , rooms and furniture are dirty, shower is rubbish, noise all night with people praying

It was well located, there were many restaurants around the hotel. The room was also big enough for 2 people, and the staff were friendly! The building is quite old, so the stairs is very narrow, so it might be hard to go up if you have a big luggage, and the wall is quite thin too.
