The Twenty One

A really memorable stay for a night and as soon as we left we wished we had booked a little longer. Great location, and very easy to find - close to the coast, Laines, shops, restaurants (but also not in the centre of bustle). Greeted by Telly (the one of the hosts), who was very helpful in giving an overview of vegan and vegetarian restaurants in the area. We extremely friendly and very simple check in. We were offered the options for breakfast with flexibility for dietary/ preferences (breakfast - taste, portion and presentation surpassed expectations!). The room we booked was very comfortable, clean and exceeded the basics with little details which added a personal touch. Good sized en-suite which was very clean with toiletries provided and a in-keeping claw foot bath. For a period property, the space has been well-thought out, and felt very calming after the journey. The design of the interior is stunning, and we did have to take a little time to take in the front room/ breakfast space. The hosts, design and experience immediately set The Twenty One above many other places tried in Brighton over the years. Thank you to the hosts (Suzy, Telly) for a memorable stay and the chats with us - hope to be back very soon.

Wow a beautiful b&b so eclectically decorated resulting in so much to look at. We stayed in room 8 on the top floor and it was gorgeous Everything was so clean and well throughout We had such a comfy bed and lovely chairs to look at the sea view. Beautiful breakfast if smoked salmon and bagels. The staff are all so lovely especially the landlady Susie who just goes that extra mile. You will love it there.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay here. Suzi was so friendly and warm. A fabulous quirky and beautifully styled b and b. So much to look and smile at. We had a huge, clean and comfortable room with a sea view and lovely squishy leather seats to sit in and take it all in with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. Small fridge in room and wine glasses chilling a BIG plus. So much attention to detail to makes guests feel welcome and spoiled. Breakfast was delicious, quality coffee and beautiful crockery and cutlery too. Thank you Suzi and team. We loved visiting Brighton and were thrilled with our choice of accommodation. See you again!

Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay last Sunday night, can't fault anything. Susie & Telly are very friendly & helpful. Very good breakfast! The location is just by the seafront and a short walk from the Lanes & bars. Would definitely stay with you again.

The most beautiful B&B I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming - I can only remember Suzie's name I'm afraid, but they took the time to chat with us at breakfast. Room we stayed in (number 3) was stunning; bed was comfortable but nothing can beat the decor - amazing attention to decor. Dining room was a visual experience and breakfast was lovely. Thank you - will definitely stay again.

Convenient location in Kemptown, very close to the beach, quiet street. Extremely expensive for what you get. Difficult to climb to a room with all belongings, because stairs a extremely narrow. The host very formal and not informative, did not give any advise about sites or restaurants and disorganised. In the describtion of a hotel it is written that breakfast could be arrange earliehr, but it is not truth. It begins at 8:30. A bed in a room was too soft for my taste and pillows too hard. But the worst thing was the breakfast made from cheapest ingradiens, bred for toasts horrible, beans from a cane, no healthy options abd just one egg, coffe very poor

A fab clean hotel, in a prime location on Brighton seafront, breakfast is delicious, room is really comfortable, clean and has all you need, owner is very friendly, very knowledgeable about the area, all in all a great place to stay highly recommended

Fabulous boutique hotel, perfect location, room and breakfast all 5*. Extremely clean. Good quality bedding. Decor fantastic. The host is really welcoming and lots of recommendations too Would highly recommend. Will stay again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, great breakfast and great hosts (very helpful and informative). The rooms are charming and very clean. If we come back to Brighton we will stay here. If you stay in rooms 7 or 8 you can also get some cardio work in 😁
