SpringHill Suites St. Louis Brentwood Reviews

We booked 3 rooms together in one booking from trip.com and also mentioned in notes we need on high floor and together. Even with this request the hotel did not kept the room available and overallocated to others. This seems like a very simple process to follow and very logical that one book 3 rooms it should be together. The front desk young lady was not helpful to resolve the matter. Another lady at front desk tried and someone provided us rooms on one floor but not together.

The breakfast is not bad and most people seem to eat at least average food, so I recommend it. The staff is friendly to travelers.
