Hotels with Breakfast in Manchester

My husband and I came to the hotel on Friday 7/10/2022 room 1216 I honestly couldn't say anything negative about this hotel . The moment we walked in Georgia and neelam on reception greeted us warmly and explained everything. Once we settled in we came back to the bar to enjoy the amazing range of cocktails made by Gabriel :) the bar staff were all amazing from the manager phoebe to Pablo and andree they couldn't do more to make you feel welcome . Our room did have a view of the construction but we expected that as we are in the middle of Manchester and it was not a problem at all . The breakfast was beautiful unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name who was clearing the tables but he was so nice lastly I would like to give mo from housekeeping a massive shout out our room was spotless and he even gave me a kit kat 😀 what stands out about this hotel is the staff and I mean all the staff shine they all greet you with smiles and I know how hard that can be for a full shift 😀 can't wait to come back thank you

Excellent location, 3 mins walk from train station at Piccadilly. Gym is spacious and a good selection of equipment. Buffet is good, but is expensive at £17.50, one of the most expensive at any hotel I have stayed at. Rooms are spacious and have good air conditioning

Nice clean room and modern clean shower room. The hotel is in a good location and within easy reach of the city centre. Quite a good buffet breakfast but the restaurant area is quite small and gets very busy so best to avoid peak time.

This was such a nice hotel! Highly recommend. We booked for two nights and because the first night had some pipe issues, we had to switch rooms in between the two nights. We did get complimentary breakfasts for the two days though, so that made up for it. Both rooms were super nice and clean, the hotel has been around for years and you can totally feel and experience the history! But they kept it up-to-date so theres a modern side to it too (such as the washrooms are all newly renovated). Would really recommend the breakfast as well because not only is the food great, the overall restaurant and bar area is gorgeous. This is also a pet friendly hotel so we got to enjoy seeing some furry friends too!

When we got to the hotel they couldn't find our booking and said it had been cancelled, they sorted it out straight away though, upgraded our room for free and got housekeeping to come and split the beds for us within 5 mins of us getting to our room, due to the misunderstanding. We tried the restaurant for food and it was very disappointing. The chicken was bland and watery, the fries were way oversalted and the pasta was OK, but the veggies just weren't tasty, so disappointed. The breakfast though more than made up for it though, there was a great selection and if you wanted scrambled eggs or something special they made it for you.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Check in excellent as always. Special thanks to Chris on reception. Our room was on the ground floor over looking the rear parking area. We had a drink in the bar which was busy but a nice atmosphere.We booked a stay and parking package the whole process was good. Our car was left on-site .As we were flying from terminal 2 we used the mini bus pick up service arranged by the hotel to take us the morning of our flight. No need if your flying from terminal 1 as it’s just a few minutes walk. Thanks for another excellent stay.

First of all I want to say the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. The hotel is in a great location and if you’re out with friends in Manchester and just need somewhere to lay your head for one night then this place will do. But it’s not exactly the ritz Carlton. The carpets in the room were dirty, I wore flip flops inside the room the entire time. The chair in the room was also dirty. There was a hair on one of the cushions on the bed that wasn’t mine. But the bathroom was the biggest disappointment. I showered on the night but then left in the morning and opted to go home to wash again. The toilet roll holder was broken so the toilet roll kept dropping on the floor. There were cracks in the wall and floor tiles and in the sink. There was rust on the rail on the side of the bath. It was just very unpleasant on a whole and in desperate need of redecorating. The rooms shouldn’t be more than £40 a night at best.

I checked in in the middle of the night, and the front desk checked me in very politely and upgraded me to a suite on the highest floor. Facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, slippers are provided in the room, and charging plugs can be borrowed from the front desk. Environment: The environment is very good. Check-in is on the first floor and breakfast is opposite. The hotel is located on the University of Manchester campus, which is very convenient. Service: The hotel delivered things in a timely manner and the concierge attitude was also very good. All in all, it is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in in the UK, and I am very satisfied with it in every aspect.

On arrival we were given a nice double room - plenty of space, clean with a well furnished bathroom. After about half an hour we realised the heating in the room wasn't working so I called down to reception. Within 5 mins of calling, a lovely young member of staff came up to look at it. After another 5 mins or so he had upgraded us to an executive room on the same floor which was huge! He even offered to help us move our cases etc to the new room. We were also given complimentary vouchers for drinks and coffees. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice so all good with us. Cannot fault the customer care but there were a couple of small things that weren't great - the toilet in the second room didn't flush well at all but after being upgraded we weren't going to make an issue of it so said nothing Only other thing was the lack of light in the room - we had a side room so no natural light got in. There were a couple of lamps on the desk but far too dull - not great when trying to do hair and make up for a wedding! All in all we had an enjoyable stay at the Jury's Manchester and would stay again.

It’s not a luxury spread, but it gets the job done. You’ll find the usual options for a budget-friendly hotel breakfast. Staff: The staff are a highlight of the hotel. They’re very kind and helpful, making you feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Value for Money: Overall, this is a budget-friendly hotel, so you do get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay in a central location and don’t mind the dated vibe, it works. However, if comfort and modern amenities are a priority, you might want to explore other
