Stayed here for Manchester Marathon and the location was perfect, with a short walk to the start and the tram back. A few noisy people in the corridor at 4 am, one having a full conversation on his phone. The bed was huge, everywhere was clean and the breakfast was good too.

Very clean overall, great location if you are planning to watch Man U home game, breakfast is great, vut the bathroom water presssure wasnt great, and also the sound proof wasnt tht good either
