No lift, high stairs, no one can help, no overnight reception

The hotel reception is open until 8,pm. The hotel is in a good location, close to the centre. Quite a modern hotel, comfortable bed ,& good pillows, bathroom modern, with shower & good water pressure. Good airconditioning. Hotel was very clean as were the rooms. Reception staff helpful, breakfast was very good, with both hot & cold offerings. Hotel has 3 levels, but no lift, may be a problem for some. Overall a good stay & would stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights, and it is, for sure, value for money! The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable! Even though it was freezing cold outside, the room was heated promptly! Breakfast was delicious every day! The location is very good as well, as it is less than 5 minutes away from the main square of Brasov. Dragos from the reception was really helpful and gave us some good restaurant recommendations! Extra convenient that there is a parking space which you can reserve it prior to your stay! Unfortunately, the duvet for the double bed was a bit small, and we asked for a second one. Also, we wanted to see international channels or Netflix on the TV, but none of them was available 😢

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel, a special mention to the staff who were so friendly and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel was brilliant in a quiet area but also very conveniently located for the centre of the old town and also public transport to the railway station. The room was huge, beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious, the shower was great. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. The staff were amazing and hugely accomodating with my check in as well as very friendly. I hope to visit Brasov again and if I do I will be certain to get in touch with Prinz Grigor hotel as early as I can to make sure I can stay there.

Upon entering the hotel, guests are greeted with modern and inviting interiors. Room 4, where we stayed had a spacious layout, sophisticated decor, and comfortable bed. The large shower, with its powerful water pressure was great. Each morning a great breakfast spread caters to all appetites. From hot dishes to cold cuts, the selection offers something for every taste preference. While the room met most expectations, there was a small minor inconvenience: the curtains were not wide enough, allowing for light to enter early in the morning and potential privacy concerns Staff wete friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's pricing was also highly competitive, providing excellent value for the exceptional service and amenities offered. I highly recommend for travelers seeking a luxurious stay in Brasov. With its prime location, comfortable accommodations, delectable breakfast, and exceptional value, the hotel is an ideal choice for those visiting Brasov
