"Staying here for 2 nights, with check in we were given an annex room not in the main building that looked like it had been given a coat of paint and nothing else. I thought it seemed clean to start, but opening the fridge and there was very rotten bananas and someone elses food! The smell was vile. Breakfast was inedible, the eggs were like plastic and they didn't even have a toaster, all the staff seemed to be out having a smoke break. We had a coffee and a yogurt on day one and didn't even bother day on day two. They didn't bother cleaning the room either the next day. One off the reasons i pick this place as it seemed to have good parking but we were not allowed into the courtyard. We had to park on the street. This was fine until we were leaving and while in the car one of the staff let a tour bus pull out and scrape our hire car. He was rude and didn't seem to care. This place might look like good value but we stay in other places in Romania that were far better and similar prices."

"This is truly the best and warmest apartment I have ever stayed in! Highly recommend👍👍👍 My husband and I made an impromptu decision and came here to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks. As a result, when I searched for accommodation, the house prices in the entire city were ridiculously high. Searches on other platforms all started at least 1,000 RMB. Only this one had "magical" prices. My Italian husband is still doubting, "Is it reliable?" It turned out that the accommodation environment was exactly the same as the photos, with complete facilities, very clean and quiet, and the experience was better than what he had booked before🤣 The most important thing is that the landlord is a very friendly family. My unreliable husband drove his car and the car got stuck on the side of the road on New Year's Eve and couldn't be driven out. After talking to the landlord for a few words on the phone, he immediately drove over after hanging up the phone, pulled our car out, and enthusiastically drove us around to find restaurants for dinner. On New Year’s Eve when the temperature is below freezing, don’t be too touched when you encounter the helping hands of Chinese people in a foreign land😭 I wish Sister Chen and her family a safe and smooth 2025 and all their wishes come true♥️ The Mengmeng couple almost celebrated New Year’s Eve next to the curb January 3, 2025"

The room was very comfortable and thoughtfully designed, while the entire compound was clean and featured stylish interiors with a pleasant atmosphere. The surroundings were exceptionally quiet, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The hotel owner was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the visit, adding a warm and personal touch to the experience."

"Nice breakfast, convenient location very close to the attractions. But no parking inside the hotel, we need to find ourselves and a public parking Regina Maria needs 10 min walk from the hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor requires us to take the luggage by stairs, no lift. And also air con is not cold enough, quite hot and stuffy in the room."

"Awful experience starting from the first day. 1. We had to carry luggage by ourselves. All we heard is “Sorry, we don’t have enough stuff”. 2. Old rooms like straight from 1990: old tv with tv cable (not Ethernet, not smart tv, real tv cable from antenna), fridge that is not freezing, bathroom is dirty. 3. They will change bed only if you remove bed sheets to the floor. 4. Dogs in hotel barking at 23:30 for several nights. 5. No laundry. You can’t wash clothes. 6. Restaurant has ridiculous working time. Breakfast is ok, but very limited. 7. Slow unstable internet. And finally prices are too high for service provided. Not recommended. Definitely not 4stars."

"This hotel was our last stop of our traveling conference with 30 doctors. Very nice area, helpfull reception good sport facility in the hotel, pool and spa. Also a very large conference room which they could transform to a cosy one. They are very nice and helpful! Would definately reccommand it both buisiness wise as for families! "
Alpin Resort Hotel
"I chose this accommodation through Booking because the listing advertised a Deluxe room with a balcony and mountain view under the Hotel Alpin name. Although Casa Alpin was also mentioned, the way the offer was presented led me to believe that it shared the same standards and 4-star classification. Upon arrival, however, I discovered that I was actually staying at Casa Alpin, a 3-star building, which is something I believe should be communicated much more clearly. The room itself was clean and decent, but the main reason I chose this option was the balcony and the mountain view. In reality, the mountain view was only partial, while the dominant view overlooked an untidy area filled with waste and abandoned items. Even though I stayed for only one night, it was enough to repeatedly observe people throwing various objects and garbage into that area. In addition, there was an unpleasant smell both on the balcony and in the room, most likely coming from that direction. Another disappointing aspect was the balcony itself, which was not furnished with a table and chairs. When booking a Deluxe room with a balcony, one expects to be able to enjoy that space and the view, rather than having it exist only as a feature mentioned in the description. What disappointed me most was not the room itself, but the difference between the expectations created by the listing and the reality upon arrival. I believe that information regarding the building’s classification and the actual nature of the view should be presented much more clearly. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I do not intend to return."

"We arrived several hours before checking in. The mall was just around the corner, so we left our luggage there and went shopping. We came back and checked in. The room is quite large, and the bathroom is a good size. the bathtub was HUGE ( we used it both nights because it was so nice). The breakfast was the best breakfast we have had in our 8 country tour. A great variety of options and a good amount of food. Great value, nice location, and nice rooms!"
