The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with recommendations or any requests. Overall, a great choice for both short and longer stays in Brașov. "There was a bit of miscommunication with our booking at the beginning. When we arrived at the assigned location, we were unable to access the apartment. After contacting customer service, we were informed that a different location had been assigned to us and that the first address had been sent by mistake. We then drove to the correct location, which was part of a very large apartment complex, so it took some time to find the right building. Once we located it, we were able to access the apartment easily by following the instructions sent to our email. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and beautifully decorated with a unique purple-themed interior. There were also a couple of grocery stores within walking distance, which made shopping very convenient. During our 3-night stay, we did not encounter any issues. The location of the property was also very convenient, being close to the highway, which made it easy to drive to other places without worrying about getting stuck in the traffic of Bratislava’s main area."

"The most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Someone took my perfume from my room, and of course, no one knows anything. They were empathetic and helpful during my stay, but it’s clear they don’t know how to manage their staff. This experience forces me to give them the lowest rating. When I mentioned filing a police report, as this was a theft, they were completely indifferent. I will definitely file complaints everywhere. The stolen item was an expensive Killian perfume. I’d rather have an unmade bed than lose my belongings in my own room."
