"The room was very comfortable, but they hadn't received the notification to open the sofa bed, so it wasn't made up. We arrived at the hotel very late and had to make the bed ourselves. The kitchenette was great, with a coffee machine and cutlery, so we could even make some simple meals if we had time, and there was a dishwasher too. Breakfast was superb; we ate our fill every day before heading out! I'll definitely book a family room with this brand again next time, it's truly excellent!"
